TIME : 5:38:00 PM SUBJECT : Made of Sand This was done for practise, it's pretty much fun.
In the future, I would like to use different sorts of clay approciate for ceramic works. Making funny expressions is something I find quiet interesting, somehow grotesque. ![]() Since it's air-dry clay, I've been thinking of ways to perserve it. Bought gloss varnish and man, does it smell! One thing I learnt from this material is that it leaves a darker state to the figure. ![]() For practise, still not so handy in making spoons but I'm getting the hang of it. Will document the shapes later~ Even though I actually did ruin the final image I had for this little guy, I'm pretty much impressed by how primitive it looks. Heheh. I thought I'd try it out, just to feel what it feels like. It's rather comical, heheh. Seeing your charcater in 3D. This is something I think I'll continue, for sure. |
Nice to meet you. Call me Peter Lynn. Or Lynn for short. I don't do fair with introductions, I hope this blog and my others will suffice.
